چکیده
The electricity sector is a complex system, especially in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) of China. Thus, carbon dioxide (CO2) emission YRD’s during 2000–2020 was first calculated and then evaluated from two systematical dimensions cross-region whole process (production, trade, transmission, consumption) by an extended logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI). (1) During 2000–2020, CO2 increased 228.12 Mt to 807.55 Mt, with average annual growth rate 6.52%. Compared other regions, mix effect had strongest mitigation impact on growth. Therefore, it important for YRD build low-carbon system itself, including de-carbonization production reduction electricity-use process. (2) Nationally, trade overall mitigating 2000–2020. This result means that cross-regional cooperation or beneficial reduction. So, improve national power grids promote trade. (3) Jiangsu largest emissions, while Anhui fastest (9.71%). Moreover, economic activity most significant driver all provinces, Anhui. should strive quality vigorously cutting emissions. (4) Electricity transmission loss driving each province, Zhejiang Meanwhile, structure, intensity were inhibiting factors. Particularly, Shanghai’s structure notably weak (−2.17 Mt). Shanghai try hard increase proportion renewable energy, upgrade their equipment.

CGE Analysis of Yangtze River Delta in China
This study develops a multi-region computable general equilibrium model (CGE model) with considering limited factor movement on the regional economy of Yangtze River Delta (YRD) in China. In broadly, YRD is composed of Shanghai City, Jiangsu province, and Zhejiang province. It has been achieved remarkable economic growth in the recent three decades. It was identified as a national-level regiona...
متن کاملUrban Household Carbon Emission and Contributing Factors in the Yangtze River Delta, China
Carbon reduction at the household level is an integral part of carbon mitigation. This study analyses the characteristics, effects, contributing factors and policies for urban household carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta of China. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaire surveys in three cities in the region--Nanjing, Ningbo, and Changzhou in 2011. The survey data wa...
متن کاملInterpreting the 13 C / 12 C ratio of carbon dioxide in an urban airshed in the Yangtze River Delta , China
Observations of atmospheric CO2 mole fraction and the 13C / 12C ratio (expressed as δ13C) in urban airsheds provide constraints on the roles of anthropogenic and natural sources and sinks in local and regional carbon cycles. In this study, we report observations of these quantities in Nanjing at hourly intervals from March 2013 to August 2015, using a laser-based optical instrument. Nanjing is ...
متن کاملPrevalence of the Cryptosporidium Pig Genotype II in Pigs from the Yangtze River Delta, China
BACKGROUND Cryptosporidium spp. is prevalent globally, pigs are an important Cryptosporidium reservoir. In China, little data regarding rates of Cryptosporidium infections in pigs are available. The present study was therefore aimed at characterizing the distribution of Cryptosporidium species in pigs from two different cities, Shaoxing and Shanghai, from the Yangtze River delta. متن کاملSeasonal variation of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk from the Yangtze River Delta region of China
The objective of this study was to evaluate the occurrence of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in raw milk samples from 18 dairy farms in the Yangtze River Delta region during four different seasons. A total of 72 tank milk samples was collected with 18 samples for each season. Milk AFM1 was detected using LC-MS/MS. The AFM1 was detected in 43 milk samples (59.7%) ranging in concentration from 10 to 420 ng/...
